He was facing a heart valve transplant. While he was at Hume Lake (camp) with the Jr Highers, I had each student and teacher write down their favorite verse on a block. We presented it to him the last week of school. It was one of the most rewarding quilts I ever worked on.<br /><br />To my knowledge, it is still a treasured possession.
